Annual Fees & Renewals

Along with the annual renewal fee, you may be also required to file an annual report/renewal. Check with your state business entity.


  1. Determine what the annual filing fee is and when it is due each year
  2. Set a recurring reminder on your calendar
  3. Plan for the expense in your business budget and expenses (see Business Taxes & Finances module)
  4. Plan to report the fee as a business deduction on your annual business taxes
